RF SYSTEMS COMPONENTS FILTERS ANTENNAS NANO-CERAMICS SUPERCONDUCTIVE SPECTRUM REGULATIONS 670GHz ANTENNAS THz technology is rapidly progressing. Design is challenging due to very large electrical sizes of the antenna. Following 670 GHz antennas have been developed within the framework of the THz project led by one of the major automotive players. Two antennas presented here as examples of quazioptic design approach used in combination with mode matching technique.
